Email marketing
The backbone: 5–8 automated flows and a campaign cadence that actually lands, built around how your customers really buy.
We turn the traffic you already pay for into repeat revenue.

Someone clicked your ad, bought once, then vanished. Getting them back doesn't cost you another penny in ad spend.
That's the whole job, really.

Foundation
The backbone: 5–8 automated flows and a campaign cadence that actually lands, built around how your customers really buy.
Channel
The channel most brands still leave switched off. Fully integrated with email so the two stop competing for the same sale.
Structure
Your abandoned-cart people need a different message than your window shoppers. We build the segments that make that possible.
Launch
Turn every launch into a peak revenue moment instead of a single send that disappears by Tuesday.
Proof
Weekly reporting you can actually read, tied to attributed revenue — not opens for the sake of opens.
Growth
More of the traffic you already pay for, captured properly — so the list keeps compounding month over month.
No inspect element, no cropped screenshots. Real accounts, real numbers, exactly as they came out.

We asked a few clients what actually changed after we took over. Not one of them mentioned open rates.
“We had 40,000 people sat on a list we were basically ghosting. Six weeks later email was doing $612K a quarter and our ads guy started asking what we'd changed. Nothing. We just finally spoke to the people who already liked us.”

“Our old agency sent beautiful emails that sold absolutely nothing. Genuinely gorgeous. I framed one. This lot sent plainer ones that did £240K in the first month — turns out I'll take the ugly ones.”

“Launches used to be one email, sent at 11pm, fingers crossed. Now a drop runs as a proper sequence and the last one did $188K in four days — more than the entire month before it. My co-founder genuinely thought I'd misread the dashboard.”

arummoheeFounder, iScalableWhen sales slow down you start refreshing Shopify every five minutes like it's suddenly going to apologise and drop a few orders in. I've been there.
When I first got into e-commerce, everything was about ads. Spend more, test more, scale more. At some point I thought: there has to be a better way to make money from the people already visiting the store.
That's what pulled me into email.
Not the cringe birthday discount nobody asked for. Knowing your abandoned-cart people need a different message than your window shoppers. Knowing when a list is tired and when to hit it hard.
That shift is what's done $10M+ for the brands I work with. Same traffic, same products, way more money out the back end.
Set up in days. Revenue moving inside the first month. No onboarding black holes.
We go through the account properly: deliverability, flows, campaigns, popups, list health and where revenue is slipping through the cracks.
Once we know where the gaps are, we build. Popups, forms, flows, campaigns and the structure behind the scenes that makes the channel perform.
More testing, better angles, stronger offers, smarter segmentation. This is where email stops being a side channel and becomes the strongest part of the business.
No retainer padding. This is the work, every month, on repeat.
campaigns a week
Written, designed and sent, on a calendar built around your launches.
flows, fully written
With the popups and forms feeding them, tested and rewritten every month.
reports a month
Your account managed, your list kept clean, and the numbers read back to you.
Thirty minutes. We audit your account live and map the fastest path to more revenue.
Your details first
Name, work email and revenue. The calendar opens straight after.
Anything we haven't covered here, ask on the call — it's thirty minutes and there's no pitch at the end of it.
Pricing is built around the scope you actually need, not a fixed retainer everyone gets pushed into. Most partnerships start with a flat monthly fee covering strategy, flow builds, weekly campaigns, design, copy and deliverability monitoring, plus a small performance component tied to attributed revenue. On the audit call we put exact numbers against your list size and send volume, so nothing is a surprise before you decide.
The core flows — welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback — are rebuilt and live inside the first week, along with your first campaign calendar. Most brands see attributed revenue move within 10–14 days and a compounding lift through the first 60 days as flows mature and segmentation tightens.
Access to your Klaviyo (or whichever ESP you're on — we'll handle a migration if needed), your Shopify store, and someone who can approve creative inside a couple of days. That's it. We handle strategy, design, copy, QA and sending; your team approves and gets on with running the business.
Everything. Every email is designed to match your brand system and written to convert, not to fill a slot in the calendar. That includes SMS campaigns and flows, popups and capture, list hygiene, A/B testing and weekly reporting. One team, one roadmap, nothing falling through the gap between strategy and execution.
DTC brands doing real volume — supplements, shapewear, oral care, beauty, food and drink, pet. The common thread is a product people come back for and a list that isn't being worked properly. If lifecycle clearly isn't your bottleneck, we'll tell you on the call rather than take the retainer.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. We go through your account live, show you where revenue is leaking — deliverability, missing flows, tired segments, weak offers — and map the fastest path to fixing it. You leave with a clear plan whether we end up working together or not.
