I've built my own brands, so I know the pain.
When sales slow down, you start refreshing Shopify every five minutes like it's suddenly going to apologise and drop a few orders in. I've been there.
When I first got into e-commerce, everything was about ads. Spend more, test more, scale more. But at some point I thought: there has to be a better way to make money from people already visiting the store, without spending lots of money on ads.
That's what pulled me into email.
Not the cringe birthday discount nobody asked for. The stuff that actually works. Knowing your abandoned cart people need a different message than your window shoppers. Knowing when your list is tired and when to hit them hard. Writing subject lines that don't sound like every other DTC brand on the planet.
That shift is what's done $10M+ for the brands I work with. Same traffic, same products, way more money out the back end.
My own Shopify dashboards

What we do.
Analyze
Day 1 – 7First, we look at what’s actually going on. We go through your account properly. Deliverability, flows, campaigns, popups, list health, customer journey, and where revenue is slipping through the cracks. By the end of this stage, we’ve got a clear plan for what needs fixing, what needs building, and where the quickest wins are.
- Full account audit
- Deliverability and domain health checks
- Product, customer, brand, and competitor research
- Clear 60-day action plan built around growth
Create
Day 7 – 30Once we know where the gaps are, we start building. This is where the account starts taking shape properly. Popups, sign-up forms, flows, campaigns, and the structure behind the scenes that actually helps the brand grow. The aim is simple: get the foundations right, get things live fast, and start turning the channel into something that performs.
- Pop-up and sign-up form setup
- Flow strategy, copy, design, and build
- Campaign planning and execution
- Weekly reporting so you can see what’s happening
Elevate
Day 30+Once the core setup is in place, we focus on improving performance month after month. That means more testing, better angles, stronger offers, smarter segmentation, and consistent improvements based on what the data is actually telling us. This is the stage where email stops feeling like a side channel and starts becoming one of the strongest parts of the business.
- Increased campaign output
- Ongoing popup and flow testing
- New creative angles and conversion ideas
- Weekly progress reports and optimisation
Here's Exactly What You Get

- 5–8 automated flows with full email sequences inside them

Our Work
Emails that actually get clicked
We don't just make emails look good. We build them to do something. Get opened, get clicked, and get bought from. This is the type of work we create across the brands we manage.

Real Revenue
Straight from the Klaviyo dashboard
No inspect element. Just real account performance from brands we've worked on properly.

If you recognise this dashboard, you know we've been here a while.
We've been deep in Klaviyo for years. Not just sending the odd campaign here and there. Actually building, testing, learning, fixing, and scaling accounts properly.

How We Unlocked $600,000+ Without Increasing Ad Spend
The Problem
Selene already had traffic and sales coming in, but the email side wasn’t built in a way that could really scale with the brand.

Prime Hydration's
email live...
No templates. No rushed filler work. No generic plug-and-play designs. This is how we actually work behind the scenes. Building emails properly, thinking through the angle, the structure, the layout, and how it all ties back to conversion.

money on the table?
If your email setup is held together with vibes, three half-finished flows, and one “welcome series” from 2023, we should probably talk.
